Sales Representative – Cycling (Fox, Bell, Giro, Camelbak) – North-West Region, France


We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Revelyst Adventure Sports platform team which consists of Fox Racing, Bell, Giro and CamelBak. The Adventure Sports strategic priorities are to be consumer-first focused, lead with power brands, and invest inwards. We will build the Adventure Sports business by creating focus and power with the consumer.


About the Role:

As a Sales Representative for Revelyst, you will be responsible for representing Fox, Bell, Giro, and Camelbak in your assigned region. You will manage and grow your customer portfolio, ensuring a high level of customer service and driving sales across the North-West of France. This role requires experience in cycling, MTB, and action sports, with a focus on B2B sales and maintaining long-term relationships.


In this role, you will manage the North-West region of France, covering various territories.


Your duties will include:

  • Presenting and selling the Fox, Bell, Giro, and Camelbak collections through roadshows, showroom visits, and direct interactions at points of sale.
  • Developing and maintaining a customer portfolio in the North-West region while achieving sales goals.
  • Driving new business by prospecting and expanding your customer base in the region.
  • Executing sales campaigns and action plans designed for the North-West region.
  • Ensuring compliance with distribution policies and customer segmentation.
  • Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell the Fox, Bell, Giro, and Camelbak collections at various events and points of sale.
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of customers while meeting sales targets.
  • Actively prospect new accounts and expand your customer base in your region.
  • Prepare and execute seasonal sales campaigns and strategies.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide regular updates to your manager.
  • Participate in national and international meetings, representing the brands.


Required Profile:

  • Minimum 4 years of B2B commercial experience, mandatory in cycling, MTB, action sports, or lifestyle markets.
  • Strong knowledge of cycling, bike, and outdoor industries, including trends, distribution, and competition.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously and efficiently.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
  • Native in French and fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, including overnight stays.
  • A valid driving license.
